the season of giving is here, and we’re excited to take part in the Annual North Coast Living Food Drive! This property-wide initiative runs through 12/31, giving our residents the opportunity to help those in need. P.S. North Coast will be matching all donations!

This December, we’re excited to host a Paint and Sip event in the clubhouse! 🎨 We’re still on the hunt for a talented volunteer from Barham Villas to lead this fun and creative session.

Get ready for holiday magic at the 5th Annual San Marcos Holly Jolly Holiday Market at North City! With 150+ local artisans, live holiday music, delicious treats, and even a visit from Santa (12-3 pm), it's the perfect event to bring in the holiday cheer!

Annual North Coast Food Drive
This December, Barham Villas is teaming up with the San Diego Food Bank for the 4th year and counting to fight hunger and support those in need this holiday season. From 12/01 to 12/31, we’ll be collecting food donations both in person and online to make a meaningful impact in our community.
To make it fun, we’re hosting a Christmas Countdown Calendar! Each day, bring in non-perishable items starting with the letter of that day.
For example:
Monday: Macaroni, Muffin Mix, Maple Syrup
Tuesday: Tuna, Tea, Tomato Sauce, Trail Mix
Drop off your items in the designated boxes at the leasing office, or donate online using the QR code below. Don’t forget to send us your confirmation receipt for virtual donations! Together, we can bring meals and hope to local families in need. Let’s make this holiday season one to remember!
