    • How do I apply?

      In order to apply, first select your desired floorplan, then click the Apply Now button. Future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application. Waived application fees for active military (up to 2).

    • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

      You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Vero.

    • What are the lease terms?

      We offer 6-13 month lease terms based on availability.

    • What is the pet policy?

      We love pets and allow 2 pets per unit! We have a dog park for your convenience. $500 pet deposit, additional $250 for another pet. Pet rent is $75/month per pet. We do not have weight restrictions, but contact us about breed restrictions. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks and stores.

      One bedroom apartment homes receive one $50 assigned garage parking space. Two and three bedroom homes receive one $50 garage space and one free assigned open parking space. Additional open spaces are available for $100 per month.

      This is our vertical hydroponic farm on our property that grows 80+ types of leafy greens, herbs, peppers, and micro greens from seed to harvest. This unique program provides residents of our community with free, fresh, and sustainably grown produce several times a year. Learn more here.
