Who manages this community?
The Barham Villas are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.

What are the office hours?
Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Is Barham Villas environmentally friendly?
Yes, in fact Barham Villas recently received the ENERGY STAR award.

How do I apply?
In order to apply, first select your desired floorplan, then click the Apply Now button. Future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application. Waived application fees for military (up to 2).
How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?
You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 6-13 month lease terms based on availability.
What are my parking options?
One bedroom apartment homes receive one free assigned garage parking space. Two and three bedroom homes receive one free garage space and one free assigned open parking space. Additional open spaces are available for $75 per month.

What is the pet policy?
We allow 2 pets per unit. $500 pet deposit, additional $250 for another pet. Pet rent is $50/month per pet. We do not have weight restrictions, but contact us about breed restrictions. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks and stores.

What enhancements does Barham Villas offer residents with disabilities?

Do you have a resident referral program?
Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
