Hot Cacao + Paint Holiday Party
The holiday spirit was in full swing at Barham Villas, thanks to our festive holiday party sponsored by Verizon! Residents enjoyed an evening of painting, indulging in cookies, sipping from a cozy hot cocoa bar, and admiring the gorgeous charcuterie board crafted by our very own manager, Stacey. The clubhouse was filled with laughter, creativity, and holiday cheer—a perfect way to celebrate the season together as a community. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable event!

"My husband and I recently moved into this complex and are thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities and overall grounds at this apartment complex. From the moment you step into the clubhouse/laundry common area, it’s clear that attention to detail is a top priority. The gym is spotless and there’s always someone ensuring everything is tidy and functional for the next resident to use! The pool area is pristine, with sparkling water and neatly arranged lounge chairs that invite relaxation. Even the shared spaces like the grilling stations and community lounge are immaculately maintained, making it a pleasure to use them, which we often do! :)
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to help. Whether it's the maintenance team promptly addressing any issues (We recently met maintenance technicians Manny and Saaer who were an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT and were able to address our concerns same day, which i've never been able to get any other complex!) or the leasing office staff greeting you with a smile and genuine care, they make you feel like a valued resident!
I highly recommend Barham Villas and look forward to continuing our residency here!”
