this year, Barham Villas introduced our very own Farmbox—a hydroponic, climate-controlled shipping container designed to sustainably grow fresh, locally sourced food year-round. Our residents now have access to fresh produce grown right here on-site, no matter the season. Stay tuned as we prepare for our upcoming fall harvest!

Paint and Sip
This November, we’re thrilled to host a Paint and Sip event in the clubhouse! 🎨 We’re looking for a volunteer from Barham Villas to lead the session. If you’re ready to share your artistic skills and enjoy a fun evening with neighbors, email barhamvillasmgr@northcoastliving.com. Halloween Movie Night
