as the leaves change and we settle into cozy fall days, we want to share a few friendly reminders to keep our community safe and welcoming. Please remember to park with your tires inside the red fire lane, and don’t forget to pick up after your furry friends. Our doggie stations throughout the property are stocked with free bags to make it easy to keep our grounds clean and enjoyable for everyone this season.

Movie Night - Date TBD
We’re excited to bring back Movie Night for our residents this October! Date TBD. This time, we’re switching things up—join us at the pool deck instead of the basketball court for a cozy evening under the stars. Stay tuned for the official date and get ready for snacks, drinks, and a great film with your neighbors!

La Habanera Food Truck
Taco Tuesday was a hit at Barham Villas! 🌮🔥 Chef from La Habanera served up nearly 50 orders to our residents, and the $1.99 tacos, burritos, and carne asada nachos had everyone coming back for more—even our staff couldn’t resist. So good, he came back for another round the following week! Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported this delicious night.

Giving Back This Season
This holiday season, our Barham Villas team is excited to support our community! We’ll be volunteering with the North County Food Bank and would love for interested residents to join us in giving back. Additionally, we’re coordinating a group for the 5K Breast Cancer Walk this October.
