Community Yard Sale - June 21st
Our community yard sale is back, a resident favorite! 🛍️ Out with the old and into the summer fun—join us from 8AM to 12PM by the basketball courts. Residents can set up starting at 7:30AM. To reserve a table, stop by the leasing office or email barhamvillasmgr@northcoastliving.com

You all came running for the golf cart! Our ice cream truck event was a huge success with an amazing turnout. Residents loved seeing us out and about, sharing laughs, handing out sweet treats, and enjoying some lighthearted fun outside of the office!
