Toys and Treats

Last month, we celebrated some of our favorite residents — our four-legged ones! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to pick up goodies, treats, toys, and pet essentials. We loved seeing so many happy pups (and their humans) enjoying the event. We’re grateful to be part of such a pet-friendly community and can't wait for our next resident gathering!

"I had a great tour with Jorge who assisted me through out the move in process. Jorge answered all of my questions and followed up with me as needed. Super responsive and positive! 😊 Maintenance is great and quick to acknowledge work orders. The amenities are nice there’s a basketball court, pool, doggy area, and a couple laundry rooms. Parking is great everyone has their own space. The apartment community is very friendly. We definitely enjoy living here 👍🏼"

SD County Fair

Summer in San Diego means one thing—fair season is here. From June 10 through July 5, 2026 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays), the San Diego County Fair returns with its signature mix of food, music, rides, exhibits, and community tradition. It’s a place where long summer days turn into unforgettable nights filled with laughter, friends, and a little bit of magic.

Raising the Standard of Resident Experience

At North Coast Living, investing in our people means investing in the resident experience. Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm. The training focused on the moments that matter most in apartment living, from leasing tours and renewals to maintenance follow-up and resident communication. These leaders are now bringing those tools and service standards back to their communities across the portfolio, helping create an even stronger resident experience company-wide. Barham is proud to be part of a team that continues to prioritize growth, excellence, and meaningful community connection.
